During Pregnancy:​

• 4 Antenatal sessions in preparation for birth (in-person and one online). These sessions are guided by and for you, your needs and priorities

• Personalised Birth Intentions printed document using my exclusive template

• Personalised relaxation and affirmations recording to help you prepare for birth

• Hypnobirthing aromatherapy kit

• Loan of a Mexican Rebozo

• Demonstration and practice of Rebozo Massage techniques for relief pregnancy discomforts and uses during labour.​

• Continuous texting to answer all your questions from week 34 up to 4 weeks postpartum

• One phone-call per week from week 34, if required

• Access to my list of reviewed and trusted external resources (such as guides, videos and contacts)

 

During Labour and birth

• On-call for your birth from week 38

• Support during labour and birth for as many hours at birth takes, and first postpartum (3 hours average)

• Access to pain relief items in my doula bag (birthing comb, rebozo, massage ball and essential oils)

• Back-up doula. Although I have never missed a birth, this is good practice in case of incidents out of my control, you won't be left without support.

 

Postnatal:

• 2 postnatal birth visits (support with settling in and birth debriefing).

• 50% discount on my Rebozo Postpartum Ceremony
